About EekBouteek...

I created EekBouteek in 2007 to share my love of upcycling crafts with people that appreciate handmade. I'm inspired by eclectic combinations of patterns, fabrics, papers and finds and love handcrafting plushies, one-of-a-kind bags and "reekreated" vintage pieces.

The fun is in the hunt of a cool pattern, unique texture or a classy color scheme... it could be anywhere and be anything! I love using old comic books to make hanging mobiles, and nothing makes a cozier monkey than a perfectly worn pair of fleece pajamas :)

Collaborating with local artist MXYTSPLYK, we created these playful, naughty and funky characters and want to portray a thrifty, quirky, laidback style at my artsy shop, EekBouteek. Thank you for supporting handmade!!
